- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned back to us for exchange or refund.
- Refunds can be granted within 7 days from the order’s delivery date.
- Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged after 7 days of received date.
- Sale items are final sale – returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Sale items include: buy one get one free, buy 2 get 2 free, 40%off, 50%off and all discount and promo codes.
- Notice must be given to email@example.com stating the order number and reason for return.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original garment bag with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for the shipment cost of returns. Returns must be sent via Canada Post or USPS only, including a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in the post.
- Once the return has been approved and received, you will be credited the amount you paid for the returned item(s), including taxes and minus shipping costs paid by Alvajo Clothing.
- Items purchased online can be exchanged at our Alvajo Clothing location. You must provide email order confirmation to return in store.
