RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

All original tags must be attached.

 

REGULAR PRICED MERCHANDISE - CANADA/USA 

Within 10 days of the delivery date, items purchased at regular price can be returned for exchange or refund.

Notice must be given to alvajoclothing@gmail.com stating the order number.

For exchanges, we offer a return label free of charge.

For refunds, we offer a return label and will deduct a flat fee of 20.00$ from the original payment.

 

SALE MERCHANDISE - CANADA/USA

Within 10 days of the delivery date, items purchased on sale can be returned for exchange or refund.

Notice must be given to alvajoclothing@gmail.com stating the order number.

For exchanges, we will charge a flat fee of $20.00 (invoiced via email) for return label and shipment of new package.

For refunds, we offer a return label and will deduct a flat fee of $20.00 from the original payment.

 

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE & RETURNS

This policy applies to international orders only. (Our Canada & USA return policy does not apply to international shipments.)

Items purchased on sale or regular price may be returned for an exchange or a refund within 10 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email alvajoclothing@gmail.com and include your order number.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including shipping charges for exchanges.

FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE

Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.
